BCC.KZ Site Case Study
AI Design Engineer & Lead | I shipped BCC.KZ end-to-end — designing the UI/UX, directing development, and building the system that runs it. The core is a scalable design system and a component-based page builder, both wired to AI agents and Claude Code, so new pages go from idea to production in hours instead of weeks. The result: 55+ live, SEO-optimized pages and a platform built to scale.

Context
BCC is one of Kazakhstan's largest banks, with a web platform serving two audiences — retail and business — across dozens of product lines, from mortgages and premium cards to FEA and counterparty verification. I led the design end-to-end: a unified UI/UX language, a full component library, and a design system built to absorb constant change — new products, rates, and campaigns — without losing consistency. On top of it, I engineered a component-based page builder in Framer, so the team could assemble and edit pages directly, with no design-to-dev handoff.
Work
To scale past the production bottleneck, I wired the system to AI agents and Claude Code: generating components and full page layouts from the design system's rules, then shipping them straight to production. A flow that used to take weeks of designer–developer back-and-forth now takes hours. The platform runs 55+ live pages today, fully SEO-optimized and responsive, maintained by a lean team — turning design craft into shipping velocity.
