FinFlow.kz AI Design Workflow
For FinFlow.kz, an AI fintech startup that takes business accounting off founders' plates, I didn't just design a landing page — I built a design system Claude Code can run on its own. I set the visual concept, codified every decision into tokens, and wired them into Claude Code, so the AI now generates new pages and full sites in one consistent style, on brand, every time.
Context
It started with a single design concept: the typography, color, spacing, and motion that define how FinFlow looks and feels. Then I made that concept machine-readable. I wrote out the full token set — every color, type scale, radius, spacing step, and component rule — as explicit, structured definitions, not a static Figma file. The tokens became the contract: a single source of truth that any tool, human or AI, has to follow.
Work
I fed the tokens straight into Claude Code and tuned it against the system's rules, so generation stays inside the design language by default. Now Claude Code can spin up new pages and entire sites in FinFlow's exact style — no drift, no manual cleanup. The design system stopped being a reference document and became the engine: one designer sets the rules, and AI ships consistent, production-ready front-end on demand.
